Snappi  Size 1*                                                          $3.95 each

This t-shaped device replaces pins for securing cloth diapers. It stretches 3 ways to hold the diaper, with secure Ace-bandage type plastic teeth at each end. You would fold the diaper as though to pin, but just use a Snappi to grasp each side and the center; the tension holds it in place.

Made of non-toxic polyurethane, the Snappi works best with woven (not fuzzy) diapers.

The manufacturer estimates the life span of a Snappi to be about 6 months, though many customers have found them to last longer.
